auction pro bids are lagging >8 seconds each

  • trying to launch website live but each bid we make as registered users is taking 5 to 15 to load…avg 8 seconds…these bids need to be real time without lag! also the winning bidder cannot see if he/she/it/them/they/Binary is the current leading bidder (am i missing something)?

    I have no other lags on the website.

  • Hi @moto333,

    1) Make sure that any caching plugin is not activated on your site. Otherwise, it will create an issue with the live system on the website. It may be possible that there is a caching issue on your site and that is why this problem occurs.

    2) If you have enabled the AJAX options from the auction settings, add the minimum number of seconds in the “Check Bidding Information” field. Please review the below attachment.

    3) Could you please share the WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report. It would be really helpful to solve your problem.
