    Hi,

I thought my problem was not being able to start auctions but it rather seems that they keep ending at the moment they start. I am trying to set the ending time and date but the plugin reverts my changes setting the end time same as start time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @milcoa ,

We are assuming you are using free plugin. We read your email and have few questions to understand your problem properly and then reply:

    1. What timezone have you set inside WP Admin > Settings > General? Please make sure you choose a CITY NAME based timezone and not an GMT OFFSET based.

    2. Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

    3. You mentioned that plugin is setting end time same as start time but our free plugin does not have “start time” field. So, we suspect you might be using some other plugin.

    Regards,

Hi Nitesh and thanks for reacting fast. We changed to the Pro Plugin and that’s when the problem started.

I have now shared the report through form in docs.auctionplugin.net. I’m using Helsinki time zone, not GMT offset.

One clue I should mention is that when I press “Make it live” in my auction section the ending date is immediately set about 24h after start date. However this does not affect the ending date in the user view – this is set exactly the same as start date. No matter what I try to select from admin area.

Thank you for solving our problem! Twice actually.

For everyone who is struggling with start times and happens to use Polylang plugin: please check that you have a translation page made of each Woocommerce product page you are trying to set auction on. At some point it might make duplicates of your products but be patient and delete every extra page after you’re done. Polylang Pro has the best support.
