Auction Ending Early

  • Our auctions are ending early. We have the time zone in the general settings as well as in the auction settings both set to “Los Angeles” and we are on the most current version 4.1.7 so I’m not sure why the auctions are ending early since this was fixed in 4.1.2. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    We have tested your query on our server. We have tested the auction with the “Los Angeles” time zone. The time is displayed correctly on the auction detail page according to the end date. Also, the auction ended at the closing time rather than earlier. We are not able to reproduce this issue on our server.

    Usually, this type of problem is caused by a caching problem. Have you used any caching plugins on your site? Do we know all the plugins list which you are using on your site?

    If it is possible for you to share the installed plugins list and theme list on your site, it would be really helpful to solve your problem. We will check and let you know.
