Auction / Bidding Feature on Listings

Is there a way to add a bidding / auction feature to the plugin?

I would like users to be able to submit a bid on listings.

Listing: “Shipping my car from Toronto to Vancouver”
User: Can then “Submit a bid” on each job and it appears for people who are logged in.

Is there already a plugin or add-on that does this?
