It seems that the latest version of ATUM Inventory is causing a problem whenever I try to modify a variable product. Whenever I modify the inventory count on one of the variables and try to write the update I get a message saying “The backup of this post in your prowser is different from the version below” and has a “restore the backup” button. I also get for awhile a “Connection Lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case” message.

If I disable the ATUM inventory module I do not have this issue. I hope you are able to help me resolve this issue fairly quickly.

    Sure Kev,

You have been an ATUM user for a long time and we have always solved anything you wanted and needed us to.

Please, I should not ask you, but stop using this forum if you need technical help.

    Open a ticket, please?

    Thank you,

    Pavel

The “support” link on your website leads to this forum. Where is the link to your ticketing system?
