Attribution on category/archive pages?

  • Hey, big fan of this plugin! I’ve always used PhotoDropper, which I found extremely buggy, but it did the job – at least until recently when it stopped working all together. So thanks for doing a great job with this and offering support!

    I have one query, however. Do you know if attributions are required for featured image thumbnails displayed on category and archive pages? I’d assume they are, since the photos are being displayed (albeit scaled to thumbnail size) without attribution to the author. Is this something you would consider? I believe this is the only thing PhotoDropper offered that ImageInject does not – it used to add the attribution to my category pages also, below the blog post excerpt.

    My blog is currently displaying these images fetched with WP Inject as thumbnails without an attribution on the aforementioned page, which I’m concerned I could get in trouble for.

    How exactly did PhotoDropper display attribution on these pages? Since the page shows only an excerpt + thumbnail the only way I could think of to do that would be to add the attribution at the very beginning of the post which is also not optimal.
