Attributes terms not showing in front- and backend

Hello,

I have a big problem. My site is not showing the attribute terms.

I click on Products/Attributes
there are no terms displayed. When I click on for example COLOR
there are still no terms. But then, when I click SORT BY NAME they are all showing!
The terms are used in several products. But also there or in the frontend they are not displayed.

I deactivated all plugins except of woo commerce, switched to a standard theme, still not working.
