    Can you please share your product URL ? It can help us identify the problem very easily.

    Some quick view plugins do not pass the extra fields to backend. This is the main reason, the attributes not stored in the order. If you are using additional plugins for quick view you can ask them to fix the issue’s.

    If you are using theme’s quick view feature. Then you should contact with theme support.

    Yes, we do not use any additional plugins. I’ll tell this to the theme developers, we’ll see what they say.

    This is an URL to a product, but we’re switched off the quick view so you won’t be able to see it. We cannot allow products be added to cart without the extra field. https://juristavards.lv/veikals/produkts/mazais/

    Porto support replied with a generic instructions on how to debug problems by disabling plugins and clearing caches.

    So, we’ll leave it at that, no meaningful action on their part is expected apparently. We’ll keep the QuickView disabled.

    ‘Selected Options Do not work properly price not change at the cart page’
    I use the Selected Option on my blocksy theme it`s show all fields very well but when customer use any one field price not change in the cart page.

    I cant understand what`s the matter here.
    can anyone solved my issue.
