Also please let me know if the attribute name is visible in the product admin, attributes tab. If the name is visible there be sure to click on the right corner, so that the attribute can be expanded.

Hello. Thank you for replying. Support is what earns respect, credit and growth in your product. Support is what wins wordpress users over. So thank you. I have deleted and re-installed the plugin fixing this issue above.

I have discovered a couple flaws. Perhaps you have insight? When purchasing a product with orilla cart Is there a way for the shipping info request to not show up when it is just a digital product being purchased? Digital goods are delivered via email so requiring a shipping address is not necessary. Don’t want it completely gone as when a physical product is purchased with a downloadable product or on its own, the shipping option is necessary.

Also when checking out with paypal, I found I was able to not enter any payment info on the paypal payment page and just click the back to site link at the bottom of the paypal page and get the digital file for free. It thinks I purchased it. I even get an email confirmation with the file delivered. This is a big issue obviously.

Any help is appreciated. Thank You.

When all products in the cart are of type digital, then you should not see shipping options. Also we have just checked the paypal cancel button and we are not able to download the digital product withouth payment.
The download is enabled after IPN request is sent from paypal that validates the payment and the order status is moved to completed.

We have tried the following steps to replicate the problem:

1. Add product to the cart.
2. Proceed to paypal by clicking the button in the shop.
3. Clicking the “Cancel and back to the merchant site” link.

Thanks for trying. I still see the problems. I have tested using every browser and device. I have had others try. Still get shipping form for digital goods and paypal still completes order when clicking “Cancel and back to the merchant site” link. I don’t know how you did not have this problem. O well. going to have to ditch orilla cart just like every other buggy wordpress ecommerce plugin. Thanks for trying to help.

Hello, and yes, you’re right for the shipping info. Sorry! I had to test it first. We will include the suggestion soon.
As for the downloadable products don’t worry. Indeed download link is received, but is not valid (message: No access to that download) and the product order status is “pending”. This is part of the normal operation of Orilla Cart.

I will try next time not to be so quick to answer. Again thanks for the suggestion.
