    attributes added to an product are not saved, they just disappear on saving.
    the theme (designpile) gets broken, all the nav structures are moving from the right column to the bottom left part of the page on initial product view. adding to cart the nav goes back to the right place.
    does not work good on dark themes

  • Sounds like a problem with your install. Are you using the latest version of WordPress? Haven’t heard any complaints about attributes not saving elsewhere.

    Please remember this is a plugin. We cannot guarantee comatibility with any themes other than Twenty Ten and our own premium themes.

    You may have to make a template hack in the plugin file right now to get things looking more correct…

    wp-content\plugins\jigoshop\templates

    remove: get_sidebar(‘shop’);

    from: archive-product.php
    and: single-product.php

    that may work, it may not, but was a temporary fix for my theme set-up. I believe the structures are set-up in that template folder.

    As for the attributes, I have no idea, have not tried that feature out yet.

    I’m having the same issue with the attributes. They aren’t saving to the product profile, but I do update the page.

    Any ideas on how to fix this little problem without using a new theme?

    I was able to create one attribute and add values to it, but it does not save to my product. Then I added a new attribute but every time I try to add values, it tells me there is an error on the page and to try again. At one point I had an attribute saved to one product but it has since disappeared. Is there a setting I’m missing? I don’t have the layered nav widget placed in my theme, and I have not changed themes at all.

    I’m experiencing the same issue with attributes. Everything else saves perfectly apart from them.

    No solution for the attributes problem? I have the very same problem and I see it has been 5 months since the problem was noticed.

    That’s not really encouraging…

    I upgraded today, and everything works well except Product Attributes.
    It’s not so different from the earlier version, but in this I can’t figure out how I can save the attribute. Is like the earlier save button is missing. Or is it only me who is stupid.
    Does anyone know about this issue.
