Attributes Not Coming Through Email

  • Hi: Attributes (sizes, colors, etc) aren’t coming through to the store owner in the Gravity Forms notifications. They come through the email template to the customer, but not through the Gravity Forms merge tag. How can we get the {ywraq_quote_table} merge tag to output them? Thanks.

    Thanks for your quick reply.
    It does seem like a shortcoming for a paid plugin though to not be able to see the whole picture of what’s being quoted on. What’s strange to me is that the attributes DO go through the email to the customer, but it looks like that’s a Woocommerce template. I guess I can have that CCd to the store owner as a workaround…
