Attributes not clickable after adding Variations

I’ve taken a look at the product and I see what you mean. I’m seeing a number of errors on the page when inspecting the browser console:

It’s possible that there may be a conflict happening here, however before suggesting a full conflict test, let’s try narrow things down a bit.

Since displaying variations as swatches is not default to WooCommerce core, can you please clarify what plugin you are using to display your product variations this way?

Additionally, can you please share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report:?navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log:?Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

Thank you for getting back to me. I believe the plugin is called ” Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” by CartFlows. I checked my other products that have options and they work fine but they only have a 2 variation options where these Kindle Charms have 3.

I didn’t know how to send the list of logs?

Thank you for providing more details. I’ve created multiple attributes on my test site, and I can select any variation on the product page. It seems there may be a conflict with the plugin or a bug with the variation plugin for products that have three variations.

For testing purposes, could you please deactivate the variation plugin and see if you can select the variation with the default layout?

I recommend running a conflict test by following the instructions in this article: How to Test for Conflicts. This way, your live site won’t be affected during the test.

If the issue is resolved after deactivating the variation plugin, I suggest contacting the plugin provider for assistance in fixing the issue.

It definitely was the plug-in causing the issue! Thank you so much. I will leave it deactivated as I need 3 attributes for this type of product. I really, really appreciate your assistance!
