I can see the fields appear in the dropdown for the field mapping – however they do specify “Dynamic attribute” or “Custom attribute”.

These attributes display correctly on my shop, however, they do not appear in the feed.

  • Hi Jeremy,

Could you provide some information, preferably sharing screenshots of:

    • What attributes did you fill with data on your product edit pages and where are these attributes coming from. Did you create them yourselves or do they come from another plugin?
    • How does your field mapping page look like, specifically the attributes you are referring too?

Also, could you share with us the plugin’s debug.log? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/?s=debug

I believe I am using the built-in attributes in Woocommerce.

What I have found after further investigation is that the field does appear for some products, but not for others – even when the data is there and displaying correctly.

Lastly, I don’t appear to have that box displayed on your support site, so instead I went into the uploads folder via FTP and there are no logs uploaded there.

Apologies – I’ve solved it now. My team had inadvertently created one-off custom attributes which was causing the holes in the data.

    Solved!

    Thanks again.
