Attributes missing in filter

    I’m experiencing an issue with the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter (free version) on my website shop.hopechildrenua.org.

    When a user navigates directly to a shop page filtered by a specific product category and then selects another category using the sidebar filters, the attribute filters (such as “Gender” and “Size”) for the newly selected category do not display in the sidebar. This prevents users from refining their search within the new category.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Go to the page: https://shop.hopechildrenua.org/shop/?yith_wcan=1&product_cat=shoppers
    2. In the sidebar, click on either “Hoodies” or “T-shirts”:
    3. Observe the sidebar filters: “Gender” and “Size” attributes are missing for the newly selected category.

      Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Hi there,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I checked the page you mentioned, and the plugin is working correctly.

    This because the plugin will only display the terms that have matching products, so in the case of the link you sent, only the Category and Color filters will be displayed.
