Attributes as icons

Hi,

I got stuck in a problem while working on a shop and I would really appreciate any useful suggestion.

I have some tech products with specific attributes (eg. right wheel drive / left wheel drive). I need to choose the attribute at the product level and show it on the product page as an specific icon (eg: right wheel icon or left wheel icon). More attributes would generate above the add to cart button a line of specific icons like fuel, traction, doors number etc

Does any one have any suggestion on how could I achieve this?
