Attributes are not working

I assume you have mapped those Google fields (g:age_group and g:gender) to your attributes in the field mapping page?

If you did map them to your proper attributes and re-processed the feed and they still don’t show than please send us the plugin debug.log as laid out in our blog post: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
