• Hello,

On many products, the BeRocket filters that filter on attributes don’t show up in the front end (error message in the administration bar: “Must be displayed, but empty”. Sometimes the filters appear with some of the possible values in their dropdown, but not all values. Many values show up in the filters of one product category, but not in another. When I use the standard wordpress filters, all the values of the attributes show up correctly for all products (just like in the backend).

The site exists in 3 languages, in most of the cases the problem only appears in one language (but sometimes in 2 or even all 3). I am sure that the attributes and their values are correctly interlinked in the 3 languages.

In the past, I was already able to fix the problem by simply changing the value of the attribute in the backend of the variation to a ‘wrong’ value, and saving the right value again. This sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t work (and is a lot of work).

I also tried to empty as many caches that I could find in WordPress and BeRocket and my server, without success.
I translated the filters in the 3 languages, but it doesn’t make a difference which of the 3 filters I call in the code (Polylang triggers the filter in the right language without any further influence on the bug).

I am combining WeRocket with PolyLang and Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce by Addify. I am using the free version of BeRocket.

    Any help would be welcome!
    Tx!!!

    Hello,

Please try to regenerate Product lookup tables in admin area -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools.

    Helo Oleg,
Tx for your answer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t change nothing at all. But it strikes me that the process of regenerating the product lookup tables goes very fast – less than 10 seconds. But it gives no error message (and I find nothing in the PHP error log neither).

    Hello,

Is option “Hide out of stock
    variations” disabled in plugin settings?

Hello Oleg, Yes indeed, it is disabled. Anyhow it doesn’t make a difference if I enable/disable it; the result stays the same.
    Thanks,

    Hello Dima,
Sorry I’m not sure about which tab and addon you mean.
    – Do you mean: dashboard=>plugins? We have no additional tables plugin.
    – Or do you mean: dashboard=>woocommerce=>extensions=>woocommerce.com subsciptions? there also we don’t have such an extension
    – or do you still mean something else?
Thanks a lot for your help!

    Hello Dima,
    Sorry for the misunderstanding ??
It was disabled, I enabled it now but it doesn’t make a difference. Then I also tried cleaning up the product tables again, without success…

    Hello,
In the meantime I changed the “Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce” plugin by “Show Single Variations Shop & Category for WooCommerce Pro”, but the result stays more or less the same : for SOME products, in SOME languages, using SOME filters, there are so-called ‘no results’ in the result window (while using the Woocommerce filters there are results). But I have the impression, that now populates the filter drop down correctly (which was not the case before); the bug now only affects the results-part of the screen.

I deactivated all kinds of caching (Autoptimize and server side caching) and activated the ‘additional tables’ addon.

    Thanks,
    Guido

    Hello,

Is it work correct without “Show Single Variations Shop & Category for WooCommerce Pro” plugin?

    Regards,
    Oleg
