Attribute swatch picture not synchronizing on translated page

Hi,
I have encountered a peculiar problem when translating products in woocommerce, where attribute swatch pictures for variable products does not sync from original language to the translated page. In other words swatch images don’t show on the translated page. I tried fiddling with the synchronization setting with no luck. Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated!
