From your explanation, it looks like you’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps, including deactivating plugins, switching themes, and rolling back WooCommerce to a previous version. It’s also good to know that Cloudways support couldn’t find any errors in the database or server configuration.

Considering all these, the issue might be related to a caching problem. Your server or browser might be serving a cached version of the page. Try clearing your browser cache, and if you’re using a caching plugin or service, clear the cache there as well.

Steps taken:
1. Breeze Cache Plugin Deactivated
2. Cloudflare Development Mode Switched On
3. Cloudflare Cache Purged
4. Cloudways Server Side Cache Purge
5. Varnish Cache Disabled
6. Object Cache Pro Flushed & Disabled
7. Website Admin Accessed Via Incognito in Chrome and Edge

The issue still remains, I’m afraid.

Thanks for the update. I can imagine your frustration at this point.

I’ve been trying to reproduce the issue with various configurations, but everything seems to be functioning as intended on my end.

Could you try clearing the transients cache from WooCommerce → Status → Tools? If that doesn’t resolve the issue, consider cloning the site to a local environment like WP Local to further investigate. The sorting process involves AJAX, and it’s possible that Cloudflare or server-side caching might be causing the problem (even though I understand you’ve already tried development mode)

I cleared the transients, but there was no change. To be honest, at this point, I’m completely at a loss.

I’d start by updating WooCommerce and your Astra theme, both of which appear to be outdated versions. Check to verify whether your other plugins have available updates as well.

Retest with WooCommerce and the default theme. All other plugins should be disabled. Make sure to empty the cache on caching plugins before deactivating them.

Please let us know how that goes.

Tested in incognito with /?nocache=1 url parameter to ensure no caching, and the issue still remains.

I also disabled the Object Cache (I missed it before sending the system report).

I’m at a loss. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn’t replicate the behaviour on staging with only WooCommerce enabled, as you can see in the screencast:

Can you try Regenerate the product attributes lookup table > Regenerate and Clear template cache > Clear in WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

I cleared the template cache, and regenerated the product attributes lookup table, but there was no difference.
