Hi there, I noticed that when I export WooCommerce products and import them again in another shop or as new products, the checkbox option “Visible during checkout” is always unchecked for the new imported product(s), but originally for the exported product(s) it is checked.

The CSV has two rows following to each attribute, “Attribute # visible” and “Attribute # global”, both cells have the value “1” for the product(s), but this does not seem to correspond to the “Visible during checkout” checkmark. ?!

In the CSV export, both cells are always “1”, no matter if only “Visible on the product page” is checked or both “Visible on the product page” and “Visible during checkout”.

    Sorry, correction for 2nd paragraph:

“The CSV has two columns following to each attribute, …”

Hey there, @w-sky! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To confirm, you are exporting the CSV file via the default WooCommerce interface or are you using a plugin to help you with that?

Can you please share screenshots of how your product and its attributes are set up so we can try to replicate this issue on our end?

Please also share all settings you used while exporting/importing the product.

Can you please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hello @carolm29 yes indeed it’s the default importer from products page in WooCommerce backend.

Here is the product configuration that it concerns:

The checkmark for “Visible during checkout” is lost when I export a product.
That option and its value is not included in the export file.

Suddenly it struck me that the “Visible during checkout” option is not standard WooCommerce. Instead it is added by the WooCommerce Germanized plugin. This is why it’s not included in the export file.
