I took a look at the Premmerce Woocommerce Product Filters source code, and I’m fairly confident it simply isn’t compatible with Relevanssi.

If you want a product filter compatible with Relevanssi, I recommend Advanced AJAX Product Filters from Berocket. It’s well-liked, has lots of users, and I know the developers are dedicated to keeping it compatible with Relevanssi.

I appreciate you looking into this. The Premmerce filters are compatible to an extent. The website I am working on is:

    https://www.qualityart.biz

If while on that site if you search for Bob Ross, the search is returned and the filters fully function as expected.

However if you search R75001 which is a partial SKU the results are returned, yet the filters do not appear.

I would be more than happy to purchase the Pro version of your search plugin if there is a possibility that this can be resolved (truth be told I will be purchasing the Pro version regardless.)

I will take a look at the linked recommended product filter. Thank you for you time.

It’s the same problem as with many other filtering solutions: the filters don’t use Relevanssi to find out if there are posts for the filters. Everything works well as long as you stick to content that can be found with the default WP search, but the filters stop working the moment you look for something only Relevanssi can find – like SKU results here.

If Premmerce used WP_Query to get the posts, it could be possible to make those queries run Relevanssi. However, Premmerce seems to use direct database queries, and that just makes it impossible to fix. It’s possible I’ve misunderstood how Premmerce works, I didn’t comb through it that closely, so if you want to dig further, you can ask their support to look into this.
