Attribute based product filtering not working

    Dear Support,

    I am running an online store. I have created attribute based product filter using woodmart theme. Theme is latest with all patch installed and licensed. wordpress is latest with all the plugin updated.

    When i click on any attribute to filter the product, i get below error with nothing found msg. on the page.

    I tried all the tricks including enabling plugins one-by-one. with other theme etc.

    This was working fine in past. Cant say when this started as some customer reported this issue.

    Please suggest some solution.

    Thank you for reaching out. From what I gather, filtering by attributes is not functioning as expected.

    Could you temporarily switch to the Storefront theme, subsequently disable all plugins other than WooCommerce, and see if the issue persists, please?

    If yes, a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, therefore, could you also share a screenshot of the screen where the product attributes are entered, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    Once you have that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    I understand that even after performing the full conflict test, the error still persists.

    I replicated the scenario on my personal site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end.

    WC Version: 7.2.3

    Going back to your site’s System Status Report, can you please update WooCommerce to the latest version and see if this resolves the issue?

    Otherwise, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
