Attribute a number to each registered user

I am afraid it is not possible out of the box, you can use this code: https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/e3e4655e9ad74686051393a1d0ed5ffa as a mu-plugin https://wpmudev.com/blog/wordpress-mu-plugins/ and then add a custom ID on hidden-1 or input field.

But you will need to create a custom code using JS and Forminator API https://wpmudev.com/docs/api-plugin-development/forminator-api-docs/#method-get_entries to get the entries and search if that code is used to apply the discount, you will find a similar approach here: https://gist.github.com/patrickfreitasdev/9a742f84d23a094482fe6802e436ebaf which can be used as start code for you.
