• After finding the right person and right channel to communicate, the support is good!
    We are still trying the best to solve the problem between the plugin and website etc, but we get big progress already! Google calendar and PayPal can really be integrated! This is an attractive plugin with good support! Hope it is really useful.

    Are you sending emails to our sales email account? If so.. that guy can’t help you to resolve your issue. We have replied to the email you have sent to to sales department, which is not the right place to receive support.

    Thank you for your quick reply! I really want to solve the problem. Actually in the only reply that I got, the staff told me that he can help me to solve the issues (google calendar and PayPal). But the staff didn’t transfer me to the support or send me the link for the support team. I do think even I made a mistake on finding the wrong department or person to ask for help, a quick e-mail with the right link to the support is good enough to solve the problem. Just waste lots of time and energy because of the misunderstanding and miscommunication…I am going to the support center, ask for help and hope the problem can be solved.

    A programmer is taking care of your issue, debugging 48 plugins takes time. There is a conflict with google-calendar-events plugin which has nothing to do with our plugin. However, the developer is trying to implement a tweak for your website.

    Just keep updating the ticket since this forum can’t be used to offer support for the paid version.
