Attractive Plugin, NO SUPPORT

  • The free version of this plug in worked beautifully. I upgraded for more functionality, and the plug-in stopped working altogether unless the compliment was deactivated. The page of my site that contained this plug-in returned a 500 Internal Server error. I contacted support and they responded to my ticket immediately, but upon providing my credentials so that they could look into the issue, they stopped responding. I’ve attempted communication with them via email and my support ticket, but I’m still getting no response. I would look elsewhere for an option with better support – this one is beautiful, but useless if it doesn’t work.
