Hello! I am trying to create an XML for skroutz. Everything is fine except from the size field. Somehow, the feed reads the attribute’s value slug instead of the attribute’s value name.

For example, we want to show in the XML:

    <size>5 – 6 Years, 6 – 7 Years, 7 – 8 Years</size>

    Instead, we got:

    <size>5-6-years, 6-7-years, 7-8-years</size>

Is there an option for that? Thank you!

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Most likely you mapped the wrong size attribute to Skroutz size field. Can you check the drop-down on the field mapping page of our plugin to see if there is another “size-like” attribute you can use?

Hi again! Yes, I have tried also the Pa size (custom attribute) option with no luck. There is another one about the Facebook connection but it doesn’t work.

Strange, the plugin doesn’t change the output of any attribute itself.

Anyhow, perhaps you can “solve” the issue with a rule like this?

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our assistance is no longer required I will close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.
