Attentive support / Support attentif

  • I’m happy, my configuration problem, which didn’t come from the plugin but from bad handling on my part, has been solved.

    I really wanted to express my satisfaction because most of the time only people who are not happy with a service complain.

    You have to get in the habit of saying also when everything goes well ;o)

    Je suis content, mon souci de configuration, qui ne venait pas du plugin mais de mauvaises manipulations de ma part, a été résolu.

    Je voulais vraiment fait part de ma satisfaction car la plupart du temps seules les personnes qui ne sont pas contentes d’un service se plaignent.

    Il faut prendre l’habitude de dire aussi quand tout se passe bien. ;o)
