Just like any other business we offer yearly subscriptions through our site for updates and support. When you purchase a product using your Credit Card but your zip code / card number changes, your subscription status changes to “failing”.
We send out an email letting you know that we were unable to process your payment. After that your payment status automatically goes to “cancelled”.
If you would like to contact us through: https://wpplugin.org/contact/ with your email address, I can make sure that your payment status is “cancelled” and that you will never get emailed again.
