    Purchased a license a year ago in October when there was not an “club”.
    unlimited websites, lifetime of free ppdates & support.

    One year later (today):
    Status: expired
    Expired: October 27, 2017
    Activations: 11 / 9999

    I see you purchased on October 27, 2016 – Unlimited License plan. This is not LifeTime membership plan, it is still an annual fee. and that is why you get the expired notification email.
    When you renew your licenses, updates and support are extended for one more year.
