    You simply cancel the subscription from an invalid, expired credit card. Despite termination is deducted. Despite debiting no access to updates and current versions! Very dubious! Attention! Headquarters in HongKong. No response and reactions to my complaint mails.

    I’m not sure I understand what you have stated. So let me first clarify.

    Are you a premium user who was recently charged for a renewal for your copy of Easy Pricing Tables? All our plugins are sold with an annual subscription for support and updates. However, you can choose not to renew, and continue using the plugin itself.

    If you attempted to previously cancel the subscription, and it did not seem to work, we do apologize for the trouble.

    We will be happy to work with you to address this issue. Please let us know what email you used when you purchased from us, and we can look that up, and provide a refund if need be.
