• Hi!

First I tried to find help in the “Events Manager”-forum. But maybe the solution is to be found in the ultimate meber settings… Maybe you can help me:

I am working with the events manager plugin. I use the placeholder #attendeeslist in order to display all the people joining a certain event. It works as it is supposed to work and shows the surname and the last name that the user entered in the registration form (here I use the plugin “Ultimate Member”). Now my issue: Is there any way to display the individual user name that the people filled in the form instead of surname and last name? How can I do that?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi @carinaaek,

Please clarify what “individual user name” are you referring to?
Can you please attach the screenshot of this username and where do you want to display it?

    Regards.

    Hi!

Thanks for your reply. I try to explain what I mean.
The plugin events manager offers the possibility to use placeholders. I use the placeholder #attendeeslist so all the people joining one event are displayed publicly in order to encourage others to join. Besides I use Ultimate Member, that offers the registration form for the website. People can enter their first name, their last name and choose a user name (screenshot 1).

So when I use the placeholder #attendeeslist (in this case it is the page that offers an overview of all future events; I also use the placeholder on each single event page), first name and last name are displayed (screenshot 2). I guess, the data come from the registration form of UM, don’t they? So my goal is that is displays the entered user name (not the first name and surname). This would offer more privacy to the displayed users.

I am not sure if this is an UM-issues or an event manager-one…
