Attendees Not Displaying

Hello Support.
I’m having a problem with the attendees not being listed after they have purchased tickets. I am using PayPal and their charge is showing up correctly on PayPal. They are being sent a correct confirmation email for the event but they do not show up in the attendees list.Any suggestions?
