• Hi guys,

I think you’ve developed a great plugin, but the Attendees & Tickets page lacks some crucial info.

    1) How do I view the first name, last name, email address of the attendees? The “ticket owner” section is blank because I only ask for “ticket buyer info” during my checkout process.
    2) How do I view whether they have paid or not (for Internet Banking transfers which are delayed payments which sometimes may not come through)?
    3) How do I view the price of the ticket they bought?
    4) How do I download a CSV of this list?

Could you possibly add those five columns to the attendee table (first name, last name, email, paid/not paid status, ticket price)?

EDIT: I just noticed this addon will answer question 4 and possibly even question 1. I am happy to buy this if it also provides me with solutions to the other questions. Alternatively, can questions 1-3 be incorporated into the default build of the plugin?

Hi, do you have any update on this request?

    Hi arjwiz,

    1) In case you have turned off “Show Ticket Owner Fields” feature you will find just buyer info in Tickera > Orders > Details > View.
    2) In Tickera > Orders > Details > View you can see the status of the Order. Once you are sure that the payment is went through you can change the status ti Paid and the ticket buyer will get the e-mail with the tickets. But if you are using one of the supported payment gateways – https://tickera.com/supported-payment-gateways/ the Order Status will be changed automatically after the successful payment.
    3) In Tickera > Orders > Total you can find the price of the ticket they bought and other information relative to the order.
    4) You will have to use our CSV export add-on – https://tickera.com/addons/csv-export/

    Hi,

Thanks but I already knew this could be seen in Tickera > Orders. However, I was asking how I can see these things in the Tickera > Attendees & Tickets screen.

The problem with the Orders screen is that it does not show ticket type and customer email. Clicking on “Details>View” is not practical for hundreds of tickets.

Is there a way you can add Ticket Type and Customer Email to the Orders screen?

    Hi arjwiz,

Unfortunately, currently it’s not possible but I will certainly send your suggestion to our developers.

    Hi, thanks.

Is this stored in a table on my database? If so, do you know what that table might be called?

    I noticed that there’s a field called ‘table_visibility’ => true,
    on line 78 of tickera-event-ticketing-system/includes/classes/class.orders.php

This was originally marked “false”, but when I changed it to “true” I could see a column for customer email in the orders table, but without any data in it (it just said “Array” in every row).

I’m willing to pay if this can be solved soon. Thanks!
