Hello, when I set up a new fieldset, it says “The name and email address of each attendee is collected by default and has been added to this fieldset.” It also shows the name and email fields in the fieldset.

    See screenshot:

However, when I go to add attendee information to a ticket, I select the fieldset I created, but the name and email fields do not show up:

    See screenshot: https://cloudup.com/ccFNyaWdAab

    Why is this?

How can we get the name and email fields to show up during attendee registration when applied to a ticket? How can we have a fieldset show all the fields for a ticket, according to how it is set up in the fieldset settings page?

Please note: I do NOT have a caching plugin enabled. I have cleared WP Engine cache, even though it is on a WP Engine staging site.

    Event Tickets Plus Version 5.7.4

WP Core, plugins and themes are all up to date.

@d0153 Although I’m using Event Tickets Plus we have a non-profit license, which is why I haven’t submitted a ticket through your premium channel. I am hoping someone can just help explain the behaviour or otherwise take this as a bug report.

    Hi @joycegrace

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue. I checked it out and was able to replicate it as well. It looks like there’s a bug causing this. I’ll reach out to the team and keep you posted as soon as I hear back.

    Hi @joycegrace

I was checking on this from my test site again, and it seems it is working as expected.

    See- https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uJBbWq

If the issue persists on your end, could you try manually updating our plugins and see if that resolves the issue?

Let me know how it goes.

@d0153 can you let me know what changed from the time you noted that you could replicate the issue, to then trying it again and noting that it works as expected?

Did you manually update plugins? Create a new block? A new post? A new event? Anything else?

    Hi @joycegrace

I manually updated my plugins to the latest version, created a new page, added the tickets, applied the fieldsets and it was working as expected.

Have you tried to update your plugins manually?
