I am using The Events Calendar (v 4.3.3) and the Event Tickets free add-on (v 4.3.3), which I love. It worked perfectly the first time, but the next time I test-registered for an RSVP event, it stopped providing the registrant info in the Attendees section for the event. There are an appropriate number of rows for the number of attendees registered, but they are all blank.

Interestingly, when I export the Attendees, I see the information in the Excel spreadsheet.

Any idea what might be wrong, or how I can fix this?

I am using a Child Theme (Altitude Pro) on top of Genesis.
    Thanks,
    Deb

  • Hey Deb,

Thanks for using Event Tickets, I’m happy to help.:)

This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. I recommend going through the steps here to test for a conflict.

Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!

    Best,

Thanks for that link on checking for conflicts! I found a conflict with the free version of Ninja Forms. I would like to use that plugin as it sends a confirmation email (unlike other forms plugins – for example, activating WPForms Lite does not cause a conflict), or perhaps I should search for a different Forms plugin that also sends confirmation emails.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hey Deb,

Thanks for sharing your findings here!

I have recorded this bug in our internal system (ticket #70154) so that, if our developers verify the bug here, we can eventually publish a fix if the conflict is on our end.

In the meantime, can you please share your site’s complete System Information as instructed here? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    That’ll help us investigate this.

    Thanks!
    George

Hey there! Just following up to let you know that this issue is still on our radar, though we have yet to slot it into an official release. We will be sure to keep you posted as we learn more. ??

    Cheers!

    Hey there!

Just another check in to let you know that there unfortunately still has been no movement on this ticket. We’ll keep you posted!

Hey I just wanted to let y’all know, I was experiencing the same issue. The most recent version of ninja forms (3.0.27) seems to fix the problem!
