Attendee form conflict EM & Avada theme – duplicate fields generated

    Hello –

    I’m using EM 5.6.3/EMP 2.4.4 with the Avada 3.9.4 theme installed and running on WP 4.5

    The integration has gone well, with one exception: When the Attendee Form is enabled, an extra set of fields is generated in the browser.

    To see the problem by browsing the web site you will need to use a HOSTS file entry as there is a legacy site currently on the domain. Set your hosts file entry as:

    pacifichearingconservation.com 192.254.236.203

    Once there, go to https://pacifichearingconservation.com/events/tempe-recertification/ to see the extra fields.

    I can’t tell if the theme or the plug-in is the source of the problem. I have deactivated and reactivated EM and Avada. The problem doesn’t occur when WP 2016 theme is applied.
