    Hello,

    Regarding this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/attendee-ticket-fieldset-data-not-exporting/

Can someone confirms if this issue happens when adding a new field after a ticket has already been created and saved?

We are currently unable to export attendee lists with additional fields. This is a critical feature we need to run our events.

We created a ticket with 3 fields and clicked to save.

We went back to add a fourth field. We did not change field labels of existing fields.

We changed the field settings to “allow” instead of “require” attendee collection so that the fields are now optional. See this page for more info: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/enabling-attendee-information-for-tickets/

We did one purchase after completing the above steps (no other purchases made before this point).

We exported attendees. The field sets do not show in the exported CSV.

All plugins and themes are up to date.

    What are we doing wrong?

I have discovered that if we navigate to Tickets > Attendees, we don’t get the full attendee information.

If we click on “Attendees” from the editor where we have created at ticket, then we are taken to a page with attendees for one event. That is where we can export a CSV with the attendee information fields.

This is a bit bizarre. I would suggest a feature whereby attendee fields show up in all exports that indicate a list of attendees.

How does one navigate to the attendee page for one event from the WordPress menus? Is there an easier way to get to this page?

    Hi @joycegrace ,

Thank you for reaching out and for your update.

I’m afraid you are correct in your observation in that, at this time, only the export from the attendees page where you have created the ticket is where the attendee information fields gets included in the export.

We do understand it gets confusing to navigate to the event containing the ticket, especially when there are a lot of tickets created on multiple events at any give time. Because of that, it is with our product management team’s roadmap to develop a tool (or feature) to simplify the navigation. Unfortunately, we’re not have information on what such tool is going to be available.

Your patience as we continue to develop and improve our product offerings is highly appreciated.
