    Hello,

    An attendee of my webinar has included the wrong email address. I have corrected the email in her WordPress user information and the woocommerce order. However, her attendee information in webinar press still has the incorrect information.

    Is there a way to correct/update her email address in the webinar press attendee information and resend the confirmation email to the correct address?

    Hi Leanne,

    I think the easiest way to deal with this would be to go to the ‘Attendees’ page in WebinarPress and delete the attendee with the incorrect email, then add them manually on the same page using the correct email address.

    When you manually add an attendee you can choose to send their registration details to them in an email.
