Attendance, Sound & Visual Issues of Attendees

Hi there

I am having huge issues where people are trying to join the webinar via the registration link and get the following issues :
– Unable to join
– Sound issues
– Unable to see the video

This has caused huge frustrations to a point where no one wants to use this plugin to join a webinar and my client wants a refund.
