• I would like to try out your new plugin, but unfortunately I can’t log in. I go to the settings page of your plugin and try to connect stripe. I am redirected to stripe and enter all my details and follow the next steps. Finally, I click on “connect now” to complete the process on the stripe website. Then I am redirected back to woocoomerce or WordPress, but I am still not logged in.

    Hello,

Thanks for your patience while we’ve been looking into the issue you reported. We’ve been trying to recreate the problem on our end, but haven’t had any luck so far. To help us get to the bottom of this, could you please check a few things for us?

    1. In your WordPress admin panel, please go to this page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs Take a look at the logs and see if anything looks out of the ordinary.
    2. While you’re in the WordPress admin area, open up your browser’s developer tools (usually by pressing F12 or right-clicking and selecting “Inspect”).
    3. In the developer tools, click on the "Console" tab. Do you see any error messages or warnings there?
    4. Then, click on the "Network" tab. Refresh your page and see if any requests fail. If they do, could you check what the response says?

If you spot anything interesting during these steps, please let us know. Your insights will really help us figure out what’s going on and how to fix it.

We appreciate your help with this!

    Best regards,?
    The Stripe Team
