attempts to access themes results in error message

    I can go to the appearance page and even click on the themes but when I attempt to preview the themes this pops up:

    <CGI Error

    The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.>

    I have absolutely no idea what to do about this, so any help would be appreciated.
