    So I moved my wp server to a different machine due to system deprecation. We’re keeping the server just in case someone in the past will need to access the old information. In the past, I have the “Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce” plugin running with no issue. After I moved it to a new server, I can no longer run it. I don’t even know where to start. The second I click on export under the plugin after it’s been activated, I got this message “An unknown error has occurred! Refer to our?troubleshooting guide?for assistance.” and yet I can’t trace it back. No error log, nothing. I’ve checked everywhere. Any suggestion on what I can do to make this plugin work again?

    Can you please check the fatal error log for any errors? You can find the fatal error log from WooCommerce>status>logs>fatal-error. Also, please share this fatal error log with us via support.
