• ***EDIT***
confusion was with their payment processor, not with their app.
once i got thru that, app was amazing – apologies if this 1 star turned anyone away from the app.
    *******8

I paid for this app, with high hopes for its functionality.
I never received a license or a download link.
I checked my PayPal and bank statement and confirmed I had paid.
I brought it up with their support.
Their support refuses to acknowledge the clear proof that I have paid for the product.
I have escalated the issue with PayPal and am not worried about my money, PayPal is good at protecting users from fraudulent companies like this.

Be warned. Whomever is operating their customer support (Magazine3.com apparently) is either intentionally crooked or totally inept.

  • It’s suspicious that no response at all from the plugin developer, is it an unsolvable issue, or a misuse by the user?

We are about to decide which PWA plugin to use for our project, any comment on this issue is highly appreciated.

@mubiesam NO. please disregard this review, i will remove it once im sure youve seen this

the app is GREAT, their support is GREAT, highly recommended. It was simply an issue with their payment processor that caused me to spazz out like this. thought id scrubbed all these bad reviews, lol, is my bad!

SPWA gets my vote! I ended up buying a better license to use on more sites.

    Hi @plainsmediagroup

    Thanks for your clarification.
