Attempted manual backup using Online Backup for WordPress and now site offline

  • HELP!!! Non-for-profit site is NOT loading – page comes up in chrome:
    ‘The page isn’t redirecting properly’
    Tried 3 different computers and 3 different browsers. All the same.

    When I try to log in to admin I get redirected to a ‘Welcome to the famous five-minute WordPress installation process!’

    How it started: We were notified that the plugin Online Backup for WordPress was being discontinued and when I checked it had a ton of failed attempts and so I chose to do a manual back up and it was running fine but in the end the admin disappeared and the
    ‘welcome to the 5 min install’ page showed up.
