• I have uninstalled all plugins and themes. Just have WooCommerce and Storefront theme and there are warnings from the way the menu is loaded.

Warning: Attempt to read property “slug” on null in?/home/…/…/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php?on line?4632

  • Hi @dwdonline

From the error message you’ve shared, it seems like there might be an issue with a particular menu item in your WordPress installation that WooCommerce or Storefront is trying to access. This error typically occurs when a menu item is referencing a category, tag, or custom post type that no longer exists.

I recommend you follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to AppearanceMenus.
    3. Check each menu item to ensure it’s correctly linked to a page, post, category, or custom post type that exists. If you find any menu item that’s linked to a non-existent page or post, either update the link or remove the item from the menu.
    4. Save your changes.

If it does not help, it might be worth checking your categories or tags. If there are any that are unused or unassigned, try deleting them and see if the warning disappears.

If the issue persists, there might be a deeper issue at play. In that case, please provide us with more information about the steps you did or changes prior to encountering this issue, and your setup.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    I hope it helps!
