Attempt to read property “data” on null in class-facebook-feed.php

    I’m looking at our errors logs and I keep seeing OVER AND OVER again the following:

    mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “data” on null in /home/dh_c7tuwh/magicalmysterybiketours.com/wp-content/plugins/feed-them-social/includes/feeds/facebook/class-facebook-feed.php. It’s in several places, for instance: line 930, line, 1448, line 919, line 264 and on.

    I don’t know if that’s something I fix or something FTS fixes. Can you help please?

    @slickremix I just updated this morning right after I saw those errors in the error log. It’s Version 4.0.5.

    P.S. @slickremix I just checked the error log right after I sent that response. The same errors are there.

    Thanks for confirming. What PHP version? You can find this quickly under the System Info menu of our plugin.

    Great, thanks for the info. We’re just about to push an update to address some more pressing issues but this will be next on the bug chopping block! In the meantime you could turn off error reporting in your log if you wanted to stop the annoying messages. Keep you posted when we fix this PHP warning.

    Please update FTS to version 4.1.0. This version should resolve any issues.
