Attempt to read property…

  • Hello,
    Since several days, the following error message has been displayed multiple times in the error_log.php file:
    “Attempt to read property “ID” on bool in […] / wp-includes / post-thumbnail-template.php”
    I don’t understand why …

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If the above steps don’t help, try Manually upgrading. When all else fails, download a fresh copy of the latest.zip file for this release (top right on this page) to your computer, and use that to copy up. You may need to delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders on your server (NOTE: do not delete the wp-content directory or your wp-config.php file) Read the Manual Update directions first.
