Attempt to enable shortcode in sidebar widget caused site malfunction

I’m a novice and I just followed these instructions

To enable my facebook feed to showup in sidebar widget….
Now my website won’t even load! Can’t access wp-admin or anything!
Literally shows up blank :S https://www.scwq.org.au/wp-admin/
I followed the instructions word for word…what’s happened! Please help me to get my site back!
