    Hi there I hope you are doing good.
    Thanks for the great plugin it is very userful :).

    However we just ran into an issue from few days. The attachments when the users tries to upload gives undefined error in Forminator contact form.

    The link of page is attached with the support request. We also asked from hosting provider but they told us that this issue is on plugin side.

    Can you explain what could be the issue here?

    The error shows after 3 4 days, may be it is due to cache plugin as when I purged the cache, it started working fine.

    The cache plugin we are using is “Litespeed Cache”

    I hope you’re well today!

    I’ve tested this on my test site that’s powered by Lightspeed webserver, togehter wiht Litespeed Cache plugin and I couldn’t replicate such issue – but that was with just a basic form that I created on my own and with “default” setup (only Forminator plugin active and default Twenty Twenty-One theme.

    It may be different with more complex form (like yours) or may be related to some specific aspect of form/site/server configuration.

    That being said, could you please start with checking two settings of the form?

    In form’s “Behavior” setting section you’ll find “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” option so make sure that “Prevent page caching on form pages” is enabled. If it doesn’t help, try “reverting” the “Load form using AJAX” option (if it’s disabled – enable it, if it’s enabled – disable it) and then see if the issue is still happening.

    If these changes don’t solve the problem, would you please export the form in question and share it with us so we could test it?

    To share the form – upload exported file to your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account and just post direct link in your response.
