    Hi there,
I just installed your plugin and all seems to be working except for when I get the confirmation/enquiry email. I added the multi line file tag to the file attachments however the attachments are not being sent through.
Are you please able to assist.
    Many thanks,

Hey @sallyfte thanks for using our plugin.

Would you try few options to identify the issue further?
    1. Are you getting email if no attachments are uploaded?
    2. If yes, Please try sending form with smaller file sizes like 50-100Kb images. If not receiving , Please try Contact-Form 7’s regular upload button and see if smaller images are coming through it?
    3. If smaller files are working and larger files are not working, there must be some issues with file-size limit on the server, please connect with server support to increase size.

    Thanks

    Hey there,
Yes, I still get an email however with no file attachment as well as no file names showing in the body of the email.
I also tried to upload a smaller-sized file (55Kb) and it also didn’t attach to the email.
What do you think it may be?

@sallyfte Did you try Contact Form7’s default upload button?

Sure did. When I used that, it only allowed me to upload one image however I did receive it via email.

Hello Sally, we don’t see anything wrong here. Latest Plugin of CF7 and all working good.

I submitted a few forms not sure if you received zip files or not. Overall everything seem good.

I can’t debug more because its your live website.
Would you be able to try sending email without SMTP Google Email and see if that is not something blocking.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

Given the number of such review replies you’ve posted, you’ve been placed on “modwatch” until we’re convinced such postings have stopped. Your account has *not* been banned, we just want to check things for a while before they’re public.
